Volunteer At Bobelaine Audubon Sanctuary

Contact Bill Bianco if you would like to participate in a Volunteer Workday at Bobelaine Audubon Sanctuary.

Bobelaine Audubon Sanctuary is maintained and managed by Sacramento Audubon volunteers. This beautiful mixed riparian habitat has over five miles of signed trails. eBird reports over 190 species of birds have been observed at the Sanctuary.

Typical volunteer duties include

  • cutting brush and overhead growth along the trails

  • removing invasive plants

  • mowing weeds

  • cleanup around the picnic area and equipment shed.

Be aware that poison oak is prevalent in the sanctuary.
