Surviving the Urban Jungle
presented by Friends of Lake Folsom and Natoma and FLSRA
Many of us are unaware of things we do in our everyday lives that can be dangerous to our wild neighbors. In this program, Michele Dodge, a wildlife rescue expert, will talk about things we can do to reduce conflict and injury to our wild neighbors, with real life stories of actual wildlife rescues. Michele’s photographs, stories and information will help us become better informed stewards of our shared outdoors. Join us for this informative and entertaining presentation!
This event is free to attend and open to all ages, though some visual material might not be suitable for younger children. It will take place at the Granite Bay Activity Center on Sunday, November 2 from 4:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. As the Activity Center is located inside of the Granite Bay Recreation Area, you will need to bring a State Parks pass or pay $12 to park.
