Field Trip Leader: Lynne Attar

Join Lynne for a morning walk checking out the oak woodland and American River for local resident birds and winter visitors. The area is a rich habitat for a variety of bird species with possible sightings of Bald Eagle, Phainopepla and California Quail. This is a good trip for beginner birders. We will walk about 2.5 miles on mostly packed dirt trails and will include some short up and downhill segments. There are no restrooms available.
