Field Trip Leader: Chris Conard
This area offers some of the nicest scenery in the northern Sierra and is worth a visit from late spring to early fall. Wrights Lake and vicinity offer a wide variety of woodpeckers, finches, towhees, and other passerine birds. This is a good trip for beginners, as well as more experienced birders. Bring plenty of water and lunch for a full day of birding.
Directions and confirmation of exact meeting location and time will be provided upon registration.
